We will ship you a Teeth Impression Kit and email you the tracking number of the package. We provide enough putty in each impression kit for you to take a practice impression so you can become familiar with the process.
Take your teeth Impressions by watching our step by step video. Once your teeth impressions have been approved by uploading photos in the Contact Us form, you ship the impressions to us using the provided postage-paid envelope.
We will ship your completed Teeth Device(s) back to you and you will receive an email with the Tracking Number of the package. A free carry case is included with each order.
